About This Course
On completion of this unit, learners will have knowledge
and skills in performing work at height in construction and other industries.
What You'll Learn
1. Identify relevant workplace safety and health (WSHA) legislations / approved codes of practice / Singapore standards applicable to WAH and roles and responsibilities.
2. Respond in case of Emergency
3. Identify WAH hazards and preventive measures related to WAH
4. Permit to work system for WAH
5. Demonstrate and understanding of use and care for the various fall arrest systems and equipment

Entry Requirements
Have employment status as manual labour to carry out work-at-height work in building and engineering worksites
Be medically fit
Be able to listen, read, speak and write English at a proficiency level equivalent to the ESS Level 2
Be able to manipulate numbers at a proficiency level equivalent to ESS 2
Have good organizational skills
Be able to follow written and oral work instructions
