About This Course
This course is designed to let learners acquire skills for directing, planning, and improving Information Technology (IT) strategies within the Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) 4 framework. Learners can create a strategy for service improvement, enabling continuous learning and adaptability in IT environments.
What You'll Learn
The course offers the candidates with the practical skills necessary to create a learning and improving Information Technology (IT) organization, with strong and effective strategic direction. It covers the influence and impact of Agile and Lean ways of working and how they can be leveraged to an organization’s advantage. Candidates learn how to use practical and strategic methods for planning and delivering continual improvement with necessary agility. After the completing course, the candidates will be equipped with adequate knowledge to prepare themselves for the Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL®) 4 Strategist Direct, Plan and Improve Certification examination. This is a universal module, that will be a key component of both, ITIL® 4 Managing Professional (MP) designation and Strategic Leader designation.

Basic Information Technology (IT) literacy
It is recommended the participant to have at least 1 year of working experience in Information Technology (IT) industry.
