Holistic Transformation (HoT) Assessment Framework
About This Course
Companies face challenges in navigating the complex landscape of process optimization, digital technology adoption, sustainability management, and resilience handling due to the existence of numerous, often conflicting assessment frameworks. These frameworks, developed by various entities, vary in their objectives, methodologies, and evaluation criteria, creating a complex environment that hinders progress and impedes the achievement of overarching goals because of the following challenges:
• Ineffective Resource Allocation - Difficulty in distributing resources across various initiatives
• Lack of Prioritization - Struggle to prioritize projects that align with strategic objectives
• Siloed Approaches - Isolated efforts within departments leading to inefficiencies
• Limited Collaboration - Hindered knowledge exchange and cross-functional cooperation
• Missed Opportunities for Integration - Overlooking potential synergies between different areas
• Lack of Accountability and Performance Measurement - Challenges in tracking progress and evaluating effectiveness.
What is urgently required is a new Vision to build upon the foundation of Industry 4.0 which is Technology-driven revolution achieving higher level of process optimization and digitalization, a top layer of Industry 5.0 which is Value-driven evolution centering around 3 Core Values: Sustainability, Resilience and Human-Centricity.
Therefore, there is a call for action from industry to develop a Holistic Transformation (HoTTM) Assessment Framework: Integrating Process, Technology Sustainability, Resilience, and Human Centricity in Multi-Disciplinary Assessments.
The proposed 1-day (2 half-days) training programme addresses the critical needs of companies by offering a curriculum that combines both theoretical knowledge with practical applications.
