What You'll Learn

The sequencing of the learning units follows a progressive general-to-specific manner, starting with a broad understanding of diversity and inclusion, progressing to the specific challenges and opportunities within service delivery, and concluding in the integration of diversity with team dynamics for organisational service excellence. This progression ensures that learners have a solid foundation in diversity and inclusion before delving into more advanced and specialised topics, enabling learners to better contextualise and integrate new knowledge.

Entry Requirements

21 years and above
● Possess minimally a Diploma level and/or listen, speak, read, and write English at a proficiency level equivalent to Employability Skills System Workplace Literacy (WPL) Level 5
● Use numeracy skills equivalent to the Employability Skills System Workplace Numeracy (WPN) Level 5
● Possess basic computer literacy, including navigating a personal computer operating system and internet skills.
● Minimum 3 months of working experience

Should the learners not possess the required skills and knowledge, they will be invited for an interview by the Training Administrator / Training & Ops Manager (via in-person, audio/video call) and advised on suitable courses that they could undertake to improve their ability to fit into this course.
