SCTP: RISE 2.0 Applied AI in Digital Transformation and Change Management (Eligible for Part-Time TA)
About This Course
This 24-week part-time course is designed for mid-career professionals and mid/senior leaders who want to lead digital transformation in their organisations. The course is conducted on an evening and weekend schedule.
Learners gain skills in problem solving, AI, cloud, change management, agile methods, and digital business models. It also covers human-centred design and business case development. Learners will apply their skills in a real-world Capstone project and receive mentoring and career support.
Suitable for jobseekers, mid-career switchers, and working professionals with no prior transformation experience.

Entry Requirements
• Open to SC, PR and LTVP+
• Minimum Diploma and above or 10 years working experience
• Minimum 21 years of age and above
• Basic computer literacy in operating a computer and browsing the internet
• Has not enrolled in the same RISE specialisation previously
