About This Course
The Hockey Level 2 full Integration accreditation is the intermediate level for independent coaching in Hockey. The Level 2 Coach will gain basic skills and knowledge in preparing and coaching Hockey sessions for more competitive athletes, involving intermediate technical and tactical skills to participants. This course is integrated with SG-Coach Level 2 Theory Programme and Intermediate Sport Science for Hockey coaching.
What You'll Learn
Upon completion of the Course, Candidate should be able to independently:
• Develop a season plan including technical, tactical, physical & psychological preparation.
• Plan athlete centred sessions for beginners/intermediates within a club/school setting.
• Evaluate athletes’ capabilities including strengths and areas of development.
• Apply basic video analysis and sports science knowledge in coaching.
