About This Course
At the end of this course, participants will be able to:
- Create a safe environment for the coaching conversation.
- Foster commitment and accountability in your client.
- Facilitate client’s progress toward their coaching goals through a coaching conversation.
- Develop an action plan to enhance your coaching practice.
What You'll Learn
This is Module 5 of the Khrysalis Coaching Series, an International Coaching Federation (ICF) accredited programme. Trainees who complete a total of 6 modules in the Khrysalis Coaching series will be eligible to apply for Professional Certified Coach (PCC) credentialling from ICF.
In this course to prepare you for PCC, learn strategies to create a psychologically safe environment for your coaching conversation and apply techniques to prepare your client for a coaching session.
You will also learn to apply your coaching skills to impact teams and senior executives, steering them to heightened awareness and performance. As part of capability development, learn to use strategies to enhance accountability and commitment to facilitate progress of goals.
Finally, to enhance the quality of your coaching practice, learn how to develop an action plan to take implementable steps towards refining your coaching practice.

Entry Requirements
• Be able to speak, listen and read English at a proficiency level not lower than the Employability Skills Workforce Skills Qualification (ES WSQ) Workplace Literacy (WPL) Level 5
• Have no less than 3 years’ experience in a supervisory or managerial role
