What You'll Learn
This is Module 4 of the Khrysalis Coaching Series, an International Coaching Federation (ICF) accredited programme. Trainees who complete a total of 6 modules in the Khrysalis Coaching series will be eligible to apply for Professional Certified Coach (PCC) credentialling from ICF.
This course builds on the foundation laid by the first 3 modules in the Khrysalis Coaching Series to further deepen and enhance your coaching skills.
Explore advanced coaching concepts and theories to develop capabilities in your coachee and help them to achieve greater impact in their personal and professional lives. Utilise advanced coaching techniques and leverage technology to facilitate both ""live"" and ""remote"" coaching conversations.
To further your coaching skills, embark on a reflective journey as a coach to audit and self assess your coaching practice for improvements, benchmarking yourself to the PCC observation checklist.

Entry Requirements
• Be able to speak, listen and read English at a proficiency level not lower than the Employability Skills Workforce Skills Qualification (ES WSQ) Workplace Literacy (WPL) Level 5
• Have no less than 3 years’ experience in a supervisory or managerial role
