About This Course
This module covers the main concepts and the skills needed to work with presentation software to create and use presentation. Presentations are a helpful way of communicating information whether it is to be delivered by a speaker or used as a reference or guide. Being able to present information so that it can be clearly understood is a valuable skill in the workplace.
Upon completion of this course, the learner will be able to use presentation software to create and edit presentation. After passing this module, candidates will feel confident to plan, create and perform a presentation.
What You'll Learn
1. Understand the key concepts of using presentation software for the target audience
2. Identify the options available for working with presen-tation software such as built- in layouts, designs, text and themes to support the understanding of presentation and collect feedback from the target audience.
3. Recognise good practice in formatting information for display in presentation such as text and tables to suit the target audience
4. Add and use of graphics such as charts, pictures, and drawn objects into presentations to enable ease of under-standing, clarity and emphasise important information for target audience
5. Make complete preparations for the final delivery of the presentations to be used to deliver to the target audience to achieve intended outcomes
