This course aims to equip attendees with the essential knowledge and practical skills to improve productivity in law offices leveraging Information Technology (IT) and Artificial Intelligence (AI) solutions. Attendees will also gain an understanding of the transformative use of Artificial Intelligence (AI) in legal work.

Attendees will:
• learn about core technology tools used in modern law offices, including practice management software, document management systems, knowledge management platforms, automation tools, and data analytics solutions.
• learn how to integrate the solutions to streamline workflows, improve efficiency across legal and administrative functions
• develop hands-on proficiency in using Generative AI tools for a wide range of tasks in a law office setting (e.g., legal research, summarization, drafting and document review)
• understand the ethical, legal, and professional responsibility considerations surrounding the use of AI in legal practice, including issues of data confidentiality, bias, accountability
