About This Course
This course enable learners to systematically develop their competencies. The structured approach enhances their overall effectiveness in the healthcare sector, aiding them in self-evaluation, meeting professional development requirements, and managing dilemmas and conflicts stemming from the impact of personal characteristics on their professional activities.
LU1 is sequenced first as it lays the groundwork for understanding self-awareness. Before learners can effectively manage their professional development or navigate dilemmas, they must grasp their own characteristics and how these influence their work. This self-awareness is vital for informed decision-making and personal growth.
LU2 builds on LU1 by encouraging learners to apply their self-awareness and recognize their learning preferences to enhance their skills and meet professional development requirements. This unit promotes a proactive approach to growth, assisting individuals in aligning their self-knowledge with professional standards.
LU3 is placed last, as it relies on the self-awareness and professional development insights gained in the previous units. With a strong foundation in self-knowledge and professional responsibilities, learners are now prepared to navigate complex situations and ethical dilemmas effectively.
