Human Resource (HR) Competencies, Mindsets and Behaviours
About This Course
This course prepares and allows participants to understand the three Human Resource (HR) competency areas covered in the Institute for Human Resource Professionals (IHRP) Body of Competencies (BoC), namely HR Mindsets and Behaviours, HR Foundational Competencies and HR Functional Competencies.
The three HR competency areas, and the inter-relatedness of the various competencies, when brought together holistically, will enable HR professionals to create value and deliver positive impact to the business.
With these skills and knowledge, participants will be prepared to take the IHRP Certified Professional (IHRP-CP) Human Resource Paper Level 2 (HRL2) assessment.
