About This Course
This 16-week full-time course is designed for mid-career professionals and senior jobseekers who want to fast-track into digital transformation leadership roles. The course is conducted on a weekday schedule.
Learners gain job-ready expertise in agile governance, change leadership, cloud, AI, digital ecosystems, and human-centred design. The course includes experiential learning formats and cutting-edge emerging technology content as AI agents, AI in banking case, and exposure to the Singapore and global tech ecosystem. Learners will apply their skills in a real-world Capstone project and receive mentoring and career support.
Suitable for individuals committed to full-time learning with no prior transformation experience required.

Entry Requirements
• Open to SC, PR and LTVP+
• Minimum Diploma and above or 10 years working experience
• Minimum 21 years of age and above
• Basic computer literacy in operating a computer and browsing the internet
• Has not enrolled in the same RISE specialisation previously
