About This Course
This course is designed to prepare participants for the 25kg Multirotor Unmanned Aircraft Pilot Licence (UAPL) assessment – a Civil Aviation Authority of Singapore (CAAS) requirement if you are planning to fly UA commercially.
What You'll Learn
By the end of the course, you will be able to operate a multirotor Unmanned Aircraft (UA) of up to 25kg competently. You will also be able to demonstrate a strong understanding in the following areas:
1) Operating a UA system
2) Pre-flight and post-flight checks of the UA, with reference to the Original Equipment
Manufacturer documents and training manuals
3) Smooth and controlled flying of the following manoeuvres without Global Positioning System assistance:
- Precision hovering at different orientations
- Climbing and descending circuits
- Figure of “8”
- Precision landing

Must have a valid Civil Aviation Authority of Singapore (CAAS) Class A Rotorcraft Unmanned Aircraft Pilot Licence (UAPL) (limited to 7kg multirotor)
