About This Course

As part of the organisation’s financial and non-financial disclosure, organisations increasingly need to demonstrate that their Greenhouse Gas (GHG) statement and GHG reporting is comprehensive, complete, correct, and consistent. Conducting a verification and validation of an organisation’s GHG statement and GHG report, among other things, are part of ensuring this. Some supply chains and regulators have even begun asking that these statements be verified and validated by accredited bodies. This course will equip participants with the skills required in accordance to International Organisation for Standardisation (ISO) 14064-3:2019.

What You'll Learn

Participants will develop an understanding of the key terms, definitions and requirements of International Organisation for Standardisation (ISO) 14064-3:2019 and how the standard can help verify and validate their organisation’s Greenhouse Gas (GHG) statement and GHG report in an impartial, evidence-based, fair, documented and conservative manner.

Entry Requirements

Basic English Proficiency. Participants should have at least 3 years of working experience. Participants are required to have completed the courses Greenhouse Gas Requirements (ISO 14064-1:2018) leading to Greenhouse Gas Practitioner and Carbon Management Planning leading to Greenhouse Gas Practitioner.
