Generative AI Technology Adoption for Increased Productivity
About This Course
This course will empower non-IT professionals, managers and executives (PMEs) with the essential knowledge and skills needed to leverage the power of Generative Artificial Intelligence (AI) tools and integration possibilities to improve their productivity at work. Learners will learn to use Gen AI conversational interfaces for content creation, research, data analyses, summarisation and other writing tasks, as well as integrated solutions to automate tasks and boost efficiency in existing work processes involving the use of computers.

Entry Requirements
- 2 years of working experience in any sector; and
- Workplace Literacy and Numeracy (WPLN) 5 or equivalent
- Proficient with the use of a Windows Laptop or Macbook
*Learners without the right WPLN or equivalent qualifications can be accepted if they have at least 3 years of relevant working experience in retail-related and/or supervisory roles, subject to the RTP's approval.
