About This Course
This course focuses on enhancing the participant’s knowledge and application on laws relating to employment in Singapore. This is an Institute for Human Resource Professionals (IHRP) accredited course that aligns to the Labour Policies and Legislation competency covered in the IHRP Certification.
At the end of the course, participants will have a better understanding of the labour legislation & policies and their practical applications. It will increase their confidence and effectiveness in dealing with employment law related issues/disputes and enhance their ability to ensure compliance of the various legislation.
