Insights Discovery, the beginning of self-discovery
About This Course
Insights Discovery enables and equip participants with the knowledge and tools to access individual personality profiles and how they can optimise performance individually or within a group/ organisation.
Participants can discover and realise their personality effectiveness, style and preference through an Insights Discovery Personal Profile which will be given to the participants during the workshop.
This Personal Profile consists of participant’s:
- Personal style
- Decision making preferences
- Strengths
- Potential challenges
- Communication style preference
- Potential blind spots
The Personal Profile will be used in conjunction with classroom learning, exercises and team building opportunities to provide an informative and fun-filled day.
Participants will leave the workshop feeling enhanced as individuals and more connected to others or their team/organisation.

- Take action and put your learning into practice (Write, Act, Visualise and Evaluate [WAVE] Goal Setting)
Entry Requirements
Proficient in English language - listening, speaking and reading and able to interpret technical drawings and blueprints.
