About This Course
This course equips participants with the knowledge and abilities to proactively prevent workplace violence through effective assessment and feedback strategies. Participants will also be trained to recognize and respond to workplace violence incidents promptly, ensuring compliance with organizational standards. Through real-world scenarios, role plays, and a community of practice, participants will develop the competencies to foster a safer and more respectful work environment.
What You'll Learn
This course will cover the following topics:
• Hazards of Workplace Violence: Job hazard analysis, roles and responsibilities of staff, hazard identification, and providing feedback.
• Workplace Anti-Harassment: Workplace violence prevention policies, workplace violence response plans, roles and responsibilities of staff, and how to identify, respond to, and document incidents.

Entry Requirements
The minimum entry requirements are as follows:
• Age of 18 years and above
• Secondary (or equivalent) or
• Passed GCE "N"-levels English (or equivalent)
