LO2 Learners will be able to apply the knowledge under the requirements of the Do-Not-Call Registry.
LO3 Learners will be able to understand responsibilities and required approvals for data handling within the organisation.
LO4 Learners will be able to apply standard practices for data handling within stages of data lifecycle.
LO5 Learners will be able to interpret Information Security requirements and apply relevant ethical ICT guidelines.
LO6 Learners will be able to develop Data Protection Policies and guidelines on data handling throughout its data lifecycle.
LO7 Learners will be able to demonstrate accountability for data handling within organisation including obtaining necessary approvals and overseeing transfer of data.

The suitable learner for this programme is likely to be:
● Compliance Managers or Data Protection Officers (DPOs)
● Human Resource, Admin, IT personnel, Sales and Business Development Executive / Managers who need to be involved in data protection matters
● Newly appointed Data Protection Officers
● Organisations setting up their PDPA compliance processes & systems

● Minimum age requirement: 21 and above
● Education: Minimally Diploma level
● Years of working experience: At least 2 years and above
At the TP Admin/ Registration Counter:
● A checklist to be provided to Admin to ensure the learner requirements (above) are met
● To make recommendations on suitable courses if the individual does not meet the entry criteria
