In this course, you will gain a comprehensive understanding of Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) principles and their application in the business and legal contexts.
The course will cover the following topics:
1. ESG in Singapore and the Region: Legal Framework
2. Environmental Law and Climate Change
3. Corporate Ethics and Social Responsibility
4. ESG in Corporate Transactions
Participants will have the opportunity to engage in the following hands-on activities, with feedback given by trainers:
- Analysing ESG reports and legal risks
- Drafting environmental compliance checklist
- ESG due diligence review
