What You'll Learn
This course is a certification course for all ornamental fish retailers to understand how to operate a operational fish retail shops that follows the Animal and Veterinary Science (AVS) standards. This includes biosecurity and fish handling techniques as required by AVS. This course also ensures proper client education, shop biosecurity and proper fish husbandry and shop management under AVS standards. Both shop owners and full time staff are required to participate and understand the business and operational aspects of running a retail shop by AVS standards
