About This Course
Most analysis in industries adopt quantitative approaches. However, much data in the digital economy is textual (qualitative) in nature e.g. complaints and reviews. Both qualitative and quantitative insights must be examined together for a fuller understanding of minds of various stakeholders.
The focus of this foundational level workshop is to equip motivated professionals with the ability to analyse qualitative data (textual) and to integrate it with quantitative approaches through the use of free, open-source analytical tools in the digital economy.
