About This Course
This course trains participants on LEAN and Sustainability skills. With these skills, participants can proceed to work on various processes to improve efficiency and sustainability. There is a break between the 2 days of training. After the first day of training, learners are expected to complete a simple project and present their work on the second day of training.
What You'll Learn
Participants will learn how to apply LEAN and Kaizen methodology to achieve the organisation’s Sustainability goals. The course will cover the different reports and metrics that are involved. Learners will also learn tools that can be used to improve Sustainability e.g. Continuous Flow, Push and Pull systems.
