Industrial Attachment (HCCH)
About This Course
The industrial attachment will be for 10 days where learners will be exposed to the workings and industry through real-time attachment at centres assigned.
This course is administered by Hua Mei Training Academy, an initiative of Tsao Foundation.

By completing this industrial attachment, participants will gain invaluable practical experience, bridging the gap between theoretical knowledge and real-world application, ultimately enhancing their competence and confidence in providing high-quality care to seniors.
Entry Requirements
Our target audience are those who are 21 years old and above with at least 3 years of working experience in any industry. The required skills and knowledge for this course are as follows:
● Education:
● be able to listen and speak English at a proficiency level equivalent to the Employability Skills System (ESS) Literacy Level 4
● be able to read and write English at a proficiency level equivalent to the Employability Skills System (ESS) Literacy Level 4
● be able to manipulate numbers at a proficiency level equivalent to Employability Skills System (ESS) Numeracy Level 4
● have basic languages / dialects relevant to the target client group.
● Have prior working experience with older adults will be an added advantage
● Be motivated to learn and have positive attitude towards work and commitments.
● Have interest in community and social work.
