By the end of the module, participants will be able to:
-Define what legal due diligence is and explain its importance in different transactions
- Identify and overcome common challenges during legal due diligence process
-Manage risks identified in legal due diligence
Participants will have the opportunity to engage in the following hands-on activities, with feedback given by trainers:
- Propose actual drafting of clauses in the transaction documents
- Prepare a due diligence report to present findings and recommend risk management strategies

Entry Requirements
Language and literacy proficiency level; At least 'O' Level English
Target age group: above 21 years old
