About This Course
Students will be learning more complex grooves which will challenge and practice their limb coordination along to their favourite tracks. This level will also emphasize on the learner’s creativity in applying what they’ve learned, to come up with their own drum groove and fills to play along to the hit songs. Aural Awareness will be emphasised in this level so that the students can start to form an opinion based on the song analysis done in class. We aim to develop learners with the skills to condense drum scores in a song so that they can enjoy jamming to their favourite tracks freely without always having to look at a score.
What You'll Learn
Digital Mini Drum Level 2 aims to further strengthen the concepts previously taught in Level 1. There will also be new songs added based on feedback given from students. We will go more in-depth on various popular genres (Jazz, rock disco), their characteristics and grooves used.
