What You'll Learn

This course will empower entrepreneurs, non-IT professionals, managers and executives (PMEs) with the essential knowledge and skills needed to leverage the power of Generative Artificial Intelligence (AI) tools and integration possibilities to improve their productivity at work. Learners will learn to use Gen AI conversational interfaces for content creation, research, data analyses, summarisation and other writing tasks, as well as integrated solutions to automate tasks and boost efficiency in existing work processes involving the use of computers.

Entry Requirements

- 3 years working experience in any sector;
- Workplace Literacy and Numeracy (WPLN) 5 or equivalent; OR
- At least 2 GCE N Level pass
- Proficient with the use of an Apple/Windows laptop and a smartphone.

Note - Learners without the right WPLN or equivalent qualifications can be accepted if they have relevant SOA or at least 4 years of working experience in supervisory and/or management roles in an office setting, subject to the RTP’s approval.
