WSQ Agile Problem Management for Software (SF) (Classroom and Asynchronous E-Learning)
About This Course
The Agile Problem Management for Software course equips learners with the knowledge and skills to manage software problems effectively using Agile methodologies. Rooted in Agile principles such as iteration, collaboration, and continuous improvement, the course offers a structured approach to identifying, analyzing, and resolving recurring issues in software environments. Participants will explore the full lifecycle of problem management—from automated detection and deep-dive root cause analysis to prioritization, solution development, and documentation. Emphasis is placed on leveraging Agile tools like Kanban boards and backlog grooming to manage problem queues, while also integrating modern monitoring and alert systems for early issue identification. Learners will gain hands-on experience through practical assignments such as configuring alerts, conducting retrospectives, and applying problem categorization frameworks. By the end of the course, participants will be able to lead Agile problem management initiatives that enhance service reliability, reduce issue recurrence, and align technical problem-solving with organizational priorities and continuous delivery practices.
