This course will enable participants to:
• Explore data analytics and visualisation in the cloud environment
• Learn about large-scale data warehousing on Azure
• Acquire hands-on practice on querying data in Azure Lakehouse
• Understand the Modern data warehouse (MDW)
• Learn about Big data and Lakehouse architecture
• Acquire hands-on practice on querying serverless Structured Query Language ( SQL )
What You'll Learn
This course is intended for those with minimal technical background, who are looking to get basic skilling in cloud data services and are looking to build their foundational knowledge of cloud data services within Microsoft Azure.
This course covers concepts on the modern data warehouse, Azure Data Lake and Lakehouse architecture. Learners are able to gain practical, hands-on experience through guided lab practices in the Azure portal. At the end of this course, participants will be prepared to pursue the Microsoft DP 900 certification independently should they choose to do so.
