This course will equip participants with the following competencies:

2. Learn SQL commands and code to create databases and tables
3. Learn SQL commands and code to manipulate databases such as insert, delete and update records
4. Learn the JOIN operation to query databases with multiple tables
What You'll Learn
This course teaches data and information management. It covers topics such as how to create a database, manipulate it with data, and make queries on the data using SQL, a structured, relational query language commonly used to retrieve data from databases. Learners will be taught how to create a MySQL Database, single table queries and the basic syntax of the SQL language, as well as database design with multiple tables, foreign keys, and the JOIN operation.
