About This Course
This course is Module 4 of the Chartered Valuer and Appraiser (CVA) programme. The CVA programme is the first professional business valuation certification programme in Asia benchmarked against international standards set by the International Valuation Standards Council (IVSC). It provides a structured and formalised pathway aimed at raising the ethics and professionalism among professionals who are involved in various transactions, equity and investments, financial reporting and litigation and arbitration, etc. who may need to conduct business valuation as part of their job function.
The CVA Programme consists of 5 modules (M1 to M4 and a Capstone) and offers 2 learning pathways to suit the needs of different learners. Leaners can choose either the structured classroom mode or the self-study mode (online self-paced learning)
What You'll Learn
In Module 4, participants will focus on valuation for financial reporting and determination of fair value as required by the International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) and the International Accounting Standards (IAS).

Entry Requirements
