• Learn the key steps to starting a business and the various legal documentation required, e.g., constitution, M&A (Mergers and Acquisitions) , shareholder agreements, director’s resolutions, loan agreements etc.
• Understand the roles, rights, and liabilities of shareholders
• Understand the roles, rights, and duties of directors and officers
• Learn how to manage common issues related to shares and capital
