About This Course
This unit of competency specifies the knowledge, skills and attitudes required of a WSH Coordinator to plan and conduct WSH inspection, monitor compliance and compile a report on the WSH performance in an organization.
What You'll Learn
• Plan and conduct WSH inspections to check compliance with acceptable WSH conditions and behaviours, following organisational procedures
• Report non-conformance findings to relevant stakeholders according to organisational guidelines
• Recommend corrective and preventive actions to address the findings, in line with organisational procedures
• Monitor the closure of corrective and preventive actions using identified WSH performance indicators
• Compile and submit a report on the company’s WSH performance following organisational reporting protocols

Entry Requirements
• ES WPLN Level 5 or GCE 'N' Level English Grade 5 and Mathematics Grade 5
• Possess WSH skills and knowledge equivalent to that of a Certificate in WSH
• Have at least 1 year of relevant WSH working experience
• Completed 2 pre-requisite modules:
– 1 module from Group 1 (Industry Module)
– 1 module from Group 2 (Soft Skills)
