Automation with Power Automate
About This Course
This course equips learners with the skills and knowledge to translate business requirements into flows in Power Automate. Learners will create flows from templates and from scratch, enabling them to become familiar with the components of flows such as loops, conditions, connectors, and actions available, and how to combine them to develop useful solutions. They will learn to navigate the Power Automate environment, perform basic administration and deployment of flows, and troubleshoot and report on created flows to relevant stakeholders to enhance their utility.

• LO6. Complete documentation on automation deployed to update relevant stakeholders
Entry Requirements
- 2 years of working experience in any sector; and
- Workplace Literacy and Numeracy (WPLN) 5 or equivalent
*Learners without the right WPLN or equivalent qualifications can be accepted if they have at least 3 years of relevant working experience in retail-related and/or supervisory roles, subject to the MR’s approval.
