About This Course
To succeed in the modern competitive legal services market, law firms require proficient leaders positioned at all levels and the ability to attract, retain and nurture these leaders within the firm. The focus of this module is two-fold: (i) to provide methods for law firms to position themselves as attractive employers for talent and identify pathways for the development of these talent’s professional skill sets and careers and; (ii) to help lawyers identify their leadership styles and take a deliberate approach towards improving themselves as well as equipping them with the necessary skill sets for being an effective leader.
