The objective of this course is to provide:
1. Technological overview of the future eco-system of digital transformation covering Artificial Intelligence (AI), Internet of Things (IoT), Machine Learning (ML), Blockchain, Data, Cloud computing etc.
2. Evaluate the digital maturity matrix of an organization & identify areas to focus on (WHAT)
3. Develop an execution strategy covering, process, people, stakeholders etc. (HOW)
4. Students will also learn how to gain relationship skills needed to work effectively with others, develop leadership potential, develop a good rapport with team members and communicate ideas in an effective and convincing way.
5. Finally, throughout the course, students will learn the skills to succeed in work - energy, edge, execution, and passion.
