This course aimes to equip leaners with management strategies that lead to innovations on the deliveries of green construction projects, focusing on the analytics and improvement of green construction projects’ management performances in the areas of cost, schedule, quality, safety, risk, and productivity. With comprehensive comparisons against conventional construction projects, the objectives of this course are: (1) to understand various management issues faced in green construction projects; (2) to study feasible solutions that can tackle the issues; and (3) to innovate the delivery process of green construction projects.
