The Lean Six Sigma methodology is used in many industries in its drive for enhancing innovation and productivity. Lean and Six Sigma are widely used in waste elimination and variation reduction. With technology as an enabler, the application of Lean Six Sigma can now be used in transforming the business processes.
The use of a process simulation activity will give participants a first-hand look at how the Lean Six Sigma Tools are applied. The simulation will also provide participants with the experience to build a prototype solution that can be digitally enabled.
