About This Course
This course aims to equip industry practitioners with knowledge to design energy-efficient building envelope systems, as well as the compliance requirements of envelope thermal performance standards as prescribed in the Building Regulations; with reference to the ‘Code of Envelope Thermal Performance for Buildings’.

1) Determine the key considerations in designing energy-efficient building envelope and daylighting, the use of natural daylighting.
2) Evaluate and compute Envelope Thermal Transfer Value (ETTV) & Residential Envelope Transmittance Value (RETV) values against prevailing criteria.
