About This Course
Designed for practitioners who are ready to move beyond basic tool usage into designing, embedding, and governing AI-enabled workflows within their organisations. It focuses on developing practical, applied capabilities that enable participants to translate AI technologies into meaningful workplace solutions.
Participants will build fluency in applying AI tools by developing chatbots, simple applications, and structured workflows, before progressing to redesigning business processes and embedding AI into operational contexts. The course emphasises how AI can be integrated into day-to-day work to enhance efficiency, improve decision-making, and support scalable process improvements.
Through a hands-on, project-based learning approach, participants will work on real or curated workplace challenges, enabling immediate application of concepts learned. The course also incorporates key principles of responsible AI, including risk awareness, governance, and human-in-the-loop design, ensuring solutions are implemented in a safe, ethical, and sustainable manner.
By the end of the course, participants will be equipped to move from experimentation with AI tools to designing and implementing AI-enabled workflows that deliver tangible organisational impact.
