About This Course
Designed to equip learners with the knowledge, skills and mindset necessary to achieve sustainable growth and success in personal and professional development, learners will:
1) Gain a deep understanding of their individual strengths and learn how to leverage these strengths to set clear intentions and align actions with personal and professional goals.
2) Acquire coaching skills to unleash the potential within oneself and others and develop skills to guide individuals towards their goals.
3) Develop the ability to give and receive constructive feedback and cultivate a habit of self-reflection continuous learning and improvement.
At the end of the course, learners will be able to:
-Identify and leverage personal strengths to enhance individual and team performance.
-Apply mindfulness techniques to cultivate self-awareness, focus, and emotional intelligence to better align personal and corporate values.
-Adopt a growth mindset to overcome limiting beliefs and work towards developing resilience and adaptability whilst navigating through challenges. -Build strong relationships based on trust and respect through effective communication, active listening and empathy.
-Foster collaboration and synergy within teams, utilizing diverse strengths for optimal results.
