About This Course
This course is designed for both new and existing General Cleaners within the Environmental Services sectors. This course aims to equip learners with the basic skills to effectively perform general, manual cleaning activities in a commercial environment. The enhanced training requirement under the guideline of Tripartite Cluster for Cleaners (TCC) recommendation would equip cleaners with the knowledge and skills needed to carry out their work safely, as well as achieve higher productivity, better service delivery and provide quality cleaning outcomes to service buyers.
What You'll Learn
Learners will acquire the skills and knowledge to clean the amenities in public areas. This includes identifying common hygiene risks, performing cleaning tasks using proper tools and cleaning solutions, following safety procedures, and handling waste correctly. Learners will also be trained to report hygiene issues and adhere to organizational procedures, ensuring a safe and healthy environment for the public.
