About This Course
This module equips learners to develop and present comprehensive digital transformation strategies that leverage AI agents to foster growth and innovation within small and medium enterprises. Participants will create detailed AI project plans with return on investment projections to demonstrate the financial benefits and viability of their proposed solutions. Additionally, learners will master the skills needed to plan and communicate effective AI implementation strategies while proactively addressing potential organizational resistance and change management challenges.

Entry Requirements
Academic Level Required:
Obtained at least Grade C6 in 3 GCE ‘O’ Level Subject, or Higher NITEC or equivalent.
Language Proficiency:
Obtained at least Grade C6 in GCE 'O' Level English Language, or
Be able to listen, speak, read and write English at a proficiency level equivalent to WSQ Workplace Literacy (WPLN) Level 5.
