About This Course
This course equips learners with knowledge of Generative AI fundamentals, including practical applications and ethical considerations across industries. Students will master Agentic AI concepts, learning to evaluate its implementation in SMEs through case studies while gaining the ability to differentiate between AI agent types and understand multi-agent business systems. Additionally, participants will develop technical skills to establish complete AI development environments with necessary tools, libraries, and API integrations.

Entry Requirements
Age: 21 years old and above
Language: Obtained at least Grade C6 in GCE 'O' Level English Language, or
Be able to listen, speak, read and write English at a proficiency level equivalent to WSQ Workplace Literacy (WPLN) Level 5.
Academic:
- At least 3 GCE ‘O’ Level Passes including English Language with C6 pass or Higher Nitec or Equivalent
- Must have basic computer literacy skills
