About This Course
This course focuses on practical AI integration and automation. Students will learn to connect AI systems with external data sources through APIs and leverage RelevanceAI for vector-based data processing and retrieval. The course teaches essential skills for embedding AI agents into web applications and creating functional connections between AI-powered outputs and frontend interfaces. Learners will develop capabilities in business process automation using AI agents and RelevanceAI's specialized tools. Additionally, the course emphasizes strategic thinking—helping students identify opportunities for innovation with AI agents and distinguish between tactical problem-solving and transformative business process redesign.

Entry Requirements
Academic Level Required:
Obtained at least Grade C6 in 3 GCE ‘O’ Level Subject, or Higher NITEC or equivalent.
Language Proficiency:
Obtained at least Grade C6 in GCE 'O' Level English Language, or
Be able to listen, speak, read and write English at a proficiency level equivalent to WSQ Workplace Literacy (WPLN) Level 5.
