About This Course
This module teaches learners to identify industry inefficiencies and develop targeted AI agent solutions using RelevanceAI tools. Learners will create strategic AI adoption plans specifically designed to enhance SME operations and productivity. The program includes designing and implementing complete AI workflows on the RelevanceAI platform for specific business scenarios. Additionally, participants will gain practical experience building and testing role-specific AI agents tailored to different job functions within small and medium enterprises.

Entry Requirements
Academic Level Required:
Obtained at least Grade C6 in 3 GCE ‘O’ Level Subject, or Higher NITEC or equivalent.
Language Proficiency:
Obtained at least Grade C6 in GCE 'O' Level English Language, or
Be able to listen, speak, read and write English at a proficiency level equivalent to WSQ Workplace Literacy (WPLN) Level 5.
