The On-the-Job Training (OJT) component of the Educational Leadership SCTP bridges theory and practice. It offers real-world opportunities to apply learner's newly acquired leadership skills in education settings. Supported by mentoring and structured feedback, OJT enables learners to tackle everyday challenges and prepare for impactful leadership roles.

The objectives of the OJT component of the Educational Leadership SCTP are to bridge the gap between theory and practice by providing real-world opportunitiesto apply the leadership strategies and techniques learned throughout the programme.
