UXUI Fundamentals with Generative AI (Classroom and Asynchronous E-learning)
About This Course
This course offers a practical introduction to User Experience (UX) and User Interface (UI) design, with a focus on mobile applications. Whether you're new to UX or looking to integrate modern tools into your design workflow, this course provides both foundational theory and hands-on application.
Learners will explore key concepts in UX design and learn how to use Generative AI tools such as Midjourney for idea visualization and Canva for interface design and content creation. Through guided projects and interactive lessons, you will gain the skills to create wireframes, build user flows, and enhance product experiences with the help of AI.
This course is delivered through a blended format, combining classroom-based sessions with asynchronous e-learning, giving you the flexibility to learn at your own pace while benefiting from live guidance and feedback.
What You'll Learn
● Implement AI software and tools required for creating responsive web design
● Gain a comprehensive understanding in HTML, CSS and Bootstrap and Tailwind to apply them to build a multi-page website
● Design responsive layouts for different purposes using Flexbox, making use of alignment among primary axis and secondary axis, flex basis, flex grow and flex shrink
● Make use of media queries to design mobile responsive web pages
● Implement coding editing tools and platforms to create and preview websites
Entry Requirements
At least 3 GCE ‘O’ Level Passes including English Language with C6 pass or Higher Nitec or Equivalent
Be able to listen, speak, read and write English at a proficiency level equivalent to WSQ Workplace Literacy (WPLN) Level 4.
Minimum Age Required: 21
