About This Course
It is important to know the difference between being agile and doing agile and understand the organisational impact and value that the agile methodology has on businesses. This course seeks to imbue in participants a fundamental view of agile, not as a process change, but a culture change. They will experience agile through simulation and learn how to implement the methodology within teams, departments and organisations.
